The Weird Machine NPC is the final part of the Soul Guitar Puzzle to craft the Soul Guitar.

Location

The Weird Machine NPC is located at the Haunted Castle in the Third Sea in the basement near the machine opposite the entrance to the downstairs. This NPC only appears after the player has completed the Soul Guitar Puzzle.
