Valor is a type of currency used in the Third Sea.
This is a currency in the game. Its only use, as of now, is progressing Shipwright. It is considerably more difficult to obtain than Money, being dropped in smaller amounts and by fewer sources, however, it makes up for this as, generally, Valor costs are significantly lower than those of other currencies.
It is exclusively obtained from sea events, and can only be exchanged with the Shipwright Teacher in the Third Sea. The player can only talk to the Shipwright Teacher if they have defeated 50 Sea Events in total. The only way to view the current amount of Valor that the player owns is by talking to the Shipwright Teacher.
The maximum amount of Valor that a player can hold is 
5,000 Valor.

Valor can be obtained by defeating/completing different Sea Events in various amounts:
- Piranha -
75 - Shark - 100
- Ship Raid - 167 for each ship. Total is: 501)
- Haunted Ship Raid - 200
- Sea Beast - 350 (Meaning a fully completed Rumbling Waters is 1,050)
- Ghost Ship Raid - 600
- Terrorshark - 1,000
- Leviathan - 2,200

Valor is used for the Shipwright Subclass to unlock and level up its abilities:
