Bisento V2

Fixes:

Broken enemies and flinging caused by certain moves.
Made Bisento a bit bigger visually.
Observation can no longer dodge Quake's X.

Nerfs:

Rubber's 2nd Transformation's damage boost is now 22.5% instead of 25%.

Increased mastery cap (max is now 500)

Security fixes for some Blox Fruits.
