The Tushita puzzle is a secret puzzle that takes place in various locations throughout the Third Sea. Completing this puzzle allows the player to fight the Longma boss, and obtain the Tushita sword from the boss. PS: A video guide is available here.

Note: This tutorial is written in a second-person format.

How to Complete[]

Tushita[]

Note: The player needs to be at least Lv. 2000 to start the Tushita Puzzle.

In order to begin the puzzle, rip_indra must be summoned, using a God's Chalice. While rip_indra is still alive, you can head over to Hydra Island. It doesn't matter who summons rip_indra, as long as he's alive. You cannot start this puzzle if rip_indra is not alive. It is recommended to have defeated rip_indra prior to this, or have the Portal fruit to teleport to Hydra Town, as access to Portals is almost crucial. After entering the puzzle, there is no need for rip_indra to be alive.

Puzzle[]

Once at Hydra Island, head over to the bottom of the waterfall marked on the picture to the right and walk through the bottom of it. Inside, a corridor with a stone door at the end will appear. Break the door using a physics-breaking move (such as Bazooka M1), then enter the door.

Inside the Secret Temple, you'll find a room with a lot of waterfalls, Yama in the ground, as well as Ghosts. Kill the ghosts, (as the secret passage won’t open unless you do) then the waterfall second to the right from the entrance will fade away and the passage behind will open, make your way through it . Inside, you'll find a massive gate. If rip_indra is alive, the massive door will open, meaning you can enter it. If he isn't alive, it will not be so. It's recommended to scout this route out before summoning rip_indra, just in order to know where you're going. You cannot go back in the gate anymore if you have already completed the puzzle.

Floating Turtle[]

Upon entering the glowing gate, you'll be teleported to the entrance of the Floating Turtle, with a Holy Torch inside of your backpack, and the timer will begin.

You have 5 minutes. Begin.

Using the Holy Torch, light up 5 different unlit torches located across Floating Turtle. They must be lit up in order. Locations for said torches can be found below.

Torches[]

The colors of the marked torches are:

  • The place where you start = Black
  • Torch 1 = Pink
  • Torch 2 = Red
  • Torch 3 = Green
  • Torch 4 = Orange
  • Torch 5 = Cyan

Once the final torch is lit, a door near the Fishman Captains and Fishman Raiders will open, along with a message saying "Well done. You may enter my hideout now.". Find it, as inside, the Longma boss can be found, which drops the Tushita sword with a 100% chance (if you deal the last blow). The Boss cannot be defeated by glitching in and without completing the puzzle. If the timer ends, the torch will burn out, ending the puzzle.

You can wait until rip_indra is dead to make the fog go away and make it easier to see the torch locations. Remember, you only need him for access to the passage at the Secret Temple, not for lighting the torches.

Upon unlocking and equipping Tushita, the player will obtain the Celestial Swordsman title #163.

Tips[]

  • Please also note that you still can get killed even if you're doing the Tushita Puzzle, so it is recommended to have a private server or PVP turned off in order to finish the Puzzle safely.
  • It is highly recommended to memorize the torch locations before you do the puzzle. If you don't memorize the locations, it will be difficult to find the torches in the map. The best way to do this is to watch a YouTube video and remember the YouTuber's path. Just looking at a map will not help that much as the map will be foggy when you do the puzzle anyways.
  • It is recommended that you find the nearest mob near the torch so you can use instinct and see through the fog from Rip_Indra.
  • It is highly recommended to have killed rip_indra before the puzzle, as the portals are important to this if you are the one who has spawned rip_indra.
  • If you can try to time the puzzle start just before Rip_indra is killed to be able to see the torches better.
  • Try to memorize the first torch the best as it is the hardest to find and also to try and set your home point to mansion so you can teleport back for the fourth and fifth torch.
  • The first torch will be located in a smaller archway so look for that during the puzzle.
  • The third torch there will be three purple mushrooms, the torch is in the highest pineapple house, on a tree with three houses on it, by the Jungle Pirates. It is also the fourth pineapple house on the left from PoV of the Musketeer Pirate.
  • The fifth torch is located in the Forest Pirate area. Look for a complete house that you cannot enter which faces toward the broken wall leading to Captain Elephant's spawning area.
  • You do not have to deal 100% of the damage to Longma, you just have to be the one who kills him in order to get the drop.
  • The progress of the torches does NOT save.
