Trial of Speed is the trial for awakening the Rabbit race.
Mechanics[]
The Trial of Speed is entered by having the Rabbit race and activating the proper door for their race. The door sends the player into a black maze with a grass floor and stone bricks bordering it. The player will have to run around various corners and turns of the maze, all in the time of one minute. After finding the exit of the maze, the player will be sent back to the entrance of the Temple of Time, awaiting the battle that will occur. The maze will become more difficult after every upgrade of the race. The first maze will have a clear path and many obvious dead ends, whereas the last maze will have more path choices.
Tips[]
- There is also a glitch based on luck where the player can use Control's [F] move to teleport randomly until they find the red slab.
- Use speed boosting fruits for this trial as Spirit, Kitsune, and Leopard.
- If the player doesn't have any speed-boosting fruits, they can use accessories such as the Pilot Helmet.
- It is recommended for the player to follow a wall until they find the red slab.
Trivia[]
- The exit of the maze is signified by a neon red slab, similar to the entrance of the maze being signified by a neon blue slab.
- The map of the maze is different each time a player does the Trial of Speed.
- The Trial of Speed is considered to be one of the most difficult trials to defeat.
