Location[]
The Sick Scientist is located at the left edge of Cake Land, Sea of Treats, Third Sea.
Purpose[]
The purpose of this NPC is to unlock Phoenix Raids. The Sick Scientist cannot be spoken to unless the user has 400 Mastery on Phoenix.
If the player is using another Fruit even when having 400 Mastery on Phoenix, he will say "You have no way of healing this man", unless the player has purchased the Phoenix raid chip at least once.
After the player buys the first Advanced Microchip from the Sick Scientist, they can buy the Microchip for Phoenix from the Mysterious Scientist. An Advanced Microchip from the Sick Scientist costs 
1,000.
NOTE: If the player has the Phoenix fruit equipped with their mastery lower than 400 and interacts with him it will say:
"The man seems to feel relief from your ability... but your blue flames don't seem strong enough to heal him yet."
