Shizu (formerly known as Shisui) is a Legendary sword.

Shizu provides extremely fast and near instant combos, making it a viable option in pvp.

Much like Soul Cane however, it is hard to use due to small hitboxes and Instinct issues, which is why this sword is mostly seen in skill builds.

Shizu can be bought at the price of 2,000,000 from the Legendary Sword Dealer.

The Legendary Sword Dealer rarely spawns in the Second Sea, every time this NPC spawns, he sells one sword out of the three Legendary Swords which are Saishi, Shizu and Oroshi.

Pros
General Very good range. Fast moves with minimal endlag. Good combo potential. Good damage. Both moves can hit multiple targets. All moves can hit Sea Beasts.
[Z] True Quiet Rush Reach extends further than its visuals. Decent mobility.
[X] Focus Shot Very long range. Fast projectile and cast speed.

Cons
General Cannot hit Blade users. Small hitboxes. Hard to hit. Does not break Instinct. Attacks can require skills.
[Z] True Quiet Rush Short range.
[X] Focus Shot Predictable, which makes them very hard to hit a victim from afar.

Although Shizu is considered out meta by the community because of its bad hitbox and does not break Instinct, its combos are still extremely fast and the sword itself deals good damage.
Shizu, along with Oroshi and Saishi are required (and with 300 mastery on each respectively) to obtain the True Triple Katana.
Shizu is much like Canvander or Koko.
- Many people refer to Shizu as an improved version of Cutlass and Katana.
