The Sand Blox Fruit is an Elemental-type Blox Fruit that costs RobloxScreenShot20201108 115055603.png420,000 or Robux.png850 from the Blox Fruit Dealer. It can also be obtained by a relatively high chance from the Blox Fruits Dealer's Cousin. It has a 15% chance of coming on stock. Sand was added in Update 4 and recently got an Awakening in Update 17 (Part 1).

Although it has some stun, unawakened Sand is a unreliable fruit for PvP due to a ground-based moveset and medium damage. It can be okay for grinding if you're low level though.

But sometime around Update 12 or 13, some bounty hunters would sometimes use unawakened Sand (because the awakening wasn't out yet) and Saber V2 to demolish their opponents (sword main build).

However, awakened Sand is far better than unawakened Sand in terms of hitboxes, damage, speed, stun, and versatility. Awakened Sand has very good stuns, higher damage, larger hitboxes, faster moves, and lower end-lag.

However, awakened Sand users still struggle with doubled water damage, as with its unawakened form. Fishman V2 and V3 users don't have to worry about this though, for their resistance to water damage.

Still, awakened Sand is a fruit that is decent for grinding and has good combo potential for bounty hunters, despite its rather low price of B$ 420,000.

Considered one of the best fruit for PvP when awakened.

Overview

Good combo potential (awakened).
Desert Blade has a good hitbox and good range.
Good for killing Bosses since it has good stuns and good damage.
A very good fruit for low levels, since it is an Elemental type Blox Fruit and deals decent damage.
A decent fruit for Sword or Gun users due to its good combo potential.
It is a Logia fruit type, meaning you have Elemental immunity from NPCs.
Good stuns that are good for PvP (awakened).
A good and balanced fruit for PvP and bounty hunting (awakened).
High damage when awakened.
Good hitboxes (awakened).
Pretty fast moves (awakened).
Really good when paired with Dragon Talon, Pole (2nd Form) or Soul Cane, and Kabucha (when in the hands of a good player).
Awakened Sand is decent for air battles.
Sandstorm keeps the opponent in the air for a few seconds after it disappears, allowing you to attack the opponent freely.
Tornado Flight is faster than Sand Flight. However, Tornado Flight is still a bit slow compared to other awakened travelling moves (e.g. Flame's Rocket Flight and Ice's Ice Skating).
Awakened Sand has moves that are great for stunning. Its moves are not limited to the ground (except Z), unlike V1 where only Heavy Sand can be used mid-air.

Takes 2x damage in Water, unless with Fishman v2/v3 Race.
Unawakened Sand has slow moves with high end-lag.
X move attacks only one target (unawakened and awakened).
Unawakened Sand is mainly ground-based as Z, X, and C require land to properly function.
While doing awakened X, the target doesn't take damage, allowing Fishman V3 users to activate Water Body (if they're a Fishman).
Heavy Sand is a bit slow and has some end-lag.
Sand Flight is the slowest flight (same speed as Smoke Flight and Magma Flight).
You can't damage the target while the awakened X move is being done (basically making them immortal from your own attacks while they're inside the ball), so you will need to time your attacks well or else you'll waste your moves.
Attacks are slow (unawakened).
The X move stuns the user for 1.8 seconds if landed, making it harder to combo if you hit it from a distance, and also makes you vulnerable when fighting teamers.

Combos: ‎‎‎‎‎‎‎‎ 1) Sand C, Saber V2 X, Saber V2 Z, Superhuman Z, Superhuman C. (sword main) ‎ This combo is a combo that PvP beginners in the Second Sea could use because it's easy to do and does decent damage. ‎ 2) Pole (2nd Form) Z, X, Sand V, Dragon Talon X, Z, Sand X, C, Dragon Talon C. ‎ 3) Pole (2nd Form) Z, X, Acidum Rifle Z, Sand V, Superhuman Z, C, Sand X, C. ‎ 4) Pole (2nd Form) Z, X, Acidum Rifle Z, Sand V, Sharkman Karate X, Z, C, Sand X, C. 5) Pole (2nd Form) Z, X, Acidum Rifle Z, Dragon Talon X, Z, Sand X, (wait) Sand V,C, Dragon Talon C 6) Pole (2nd Form) Z, X, Sand (unawake) C, Sharkman Karate X, Z, C, Sand (Awake) X, Sand (Awake) V. (Basicelly a one shot combo if everything hit or atleast leave the enemy in red, and if laggy it won't work at Sand X part because you need to be fast)
