The Refined Slingshot is a Rare gun.

Despite being a refined variant of Slingshot, it still does not possess any remarkable traits, aside from strong healing from it's [Z] Ink Swarm.

The Refined Slingshot can be bought for 30,000 from the Advanced Weapon Dealer at Marine Fortress, in First Sea.

Pros
General A good secondary weapon for setting up combos. Useful for farming, as it has two in-area attacks that the player can use at the same time, which will deal decent damage and prevent enemies from being knocked away too far. Low mastery requirements. Instinct break on both moves.
Normal Attack (Tap) Fast fire rate. Decent damage.
[Z] Ink Swarm Great way to get Enemies to stay in one spot. Good combo potential. Heals the user for a short period of time.
[X] Cluster Bomb Good range. Good AoE.

Cons
General Rubber users are immune. Enemies can still use abilities while stuck in the glue. Accuracy is needed. Low damage overall, low-tier gun.
Normal Attack (Tap) Still below average damage, when compared to Slingshot.
[Z] Ink Swarm Useless while the enemy is in mid-air.
[X] Cluster Bomb Hard to hit.

The Refined Slingshot, as the name implies, is a "refined" version of the Slingshot.
The best use for the Refined Slingshot is just to gather enemies for farming.
Firing an Ink Swarm and then using a knockback move will do less knockback.
The Refined Slingshot and Blade cost the same amount of money, both costing 30,000.
Refined Slingshot's [Z] Ink Swarm and Skull Guitar's [X] El Diablo are the only gun moves that are able to apply Life Leech.
Refined Slingshot's rework objectively made it worse, as the old [Z] Sticky Pellet was a lot more useful.
