Most items that are found in Blox Fruits are given a rarity, which is indicated by a tag of colored text. They are applied to Blox Fruits, swords, guns, accessories, materials, scrolls, fishing rods, and various paid items.
For weapons, rarities dictate how difficult it is to obtain an item, and often, how powerful it is. In the case of materials, it determines what recipes it will be used for; in general, rarer items majorly requires rarer materials. There are five main rarities, with each tier becoming progressively less common and stronger, while items in the sixth tier, Premium, tend to have varying value.
