Phoeyu, the Reformed is an NPC that was added in Update 13. She sells the Death Step Fighting Style.
Location[]
Phoeyu can be found in two places:
- At the library in the Ice Castle (Second Sea).
- In a room near the Portals in the Castle on the Sea (Third Sea).
In order to unlock the library, the player needs to obtain a Library Key from the Awakened Ice Admiral. Once the player gets the key, they can walk through the door that leads to the library behind the locked door and the door will disappear, revealing Phoeyu.
Usage[]
Phoeyu teaches the player the Death Step fighting style.
In order to learn Death Step, the player needs:

5,000 - 2,500,000
- 400 mastery on Dark Step
Notes[]
- If the player has not unlocked the library using the key, they will not be able to learn Death Step, even if they interact with Phoeyu in the Third Sea.
- The player can go in without the key using the Flash Step glitch, but they won’t be able to purchase it unless they have unlocked the door with the Library Key.
Trivia[]
- This NPC skin is based on Phoeyu or Phoeating, who developed a game named Grand Piece Online.
- She used to have an area that could only be summoned by admins, which was called the Phoeyu Dimension. (Now changed to the Pocket dimension for some reason)
