The Peanut Presidents are level 2100 NPCs, added in Update 17 - Part 1. They can be found at the Sea of Treats, located on the first island, Peanut Land. They use standard punches and do not use any special moves, although they have Enhancement that nullifies any Elemental fruit immunity.
If the player is using an Elemental fruit, it is recommended to farm the Peanut Scouts. This is because they do not use the Enhancement Ability. Human:Buddha's awakened form can easily grind these NPCs.
