Information
The Pale Scarf is a Legendary accessory that was added in Update 17.2. It combines the main elements of both the Dark Coat and the Valkyrie Helmet, whilst replacing the Health and Energy with some Observation buffs. A great substitute if you cannot obtain Dark Coat before reaching Third Sea.
Obtainment
The Pale Scarf has an 100% drop chance from defeating the Raid Boss, Cake Prince.
Buffs
- 15% more damage on Blox Fruit and Sword attacks.
- 2 extra Observation dodges.
- 10x larger Observation vision range.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Increased observation range is useful for bounty hunters.
- Can track specific players, friend or foe, with the increased Observation.
- Good alternative to Dark Coat, Valkyrie Helmet or the Santa Hat.
- The 2 extra dodges are useful for PVP an overall.
- The buff damage it's very high and very useful
Cons
- The 10x range can only see players and not NPCs.
- Does not grant any speed buff.
- Does not grant any health or energy buffs.
Notes
- It is currently the only Accessory that buffs Observation.
- Those with only Observation V1 do still get the observation range.
