The Mysterious Scientist is an NPC.
Location[]
Second Sea[]
In the Second Sea, to find him, the player has to enter this code with the color panels: Red, Blue, Green, and Blue (1, 3, 2, 3 taps). After entering the code, a "secret door" in the form of a rectangular doorway will open, leading to a very tall ladder. After climbing up the ladder or jumping up, the player should be able to see the NPC in between 8 tubes. The player must unequip anything that is currently equipped, or entering the code will not be possible.
Third Sea[]
In the Third Sea, the Mysterious Scientist can be directly be found in Castle on the Sea.
Selling[]
In order to purchase a microchip, the player must be at least Lv. 1100 or higher. If another person hosts the raid, the player can join the raid, even if they are below Lv. 1100. The Mysterious Scientist sells two types of microchip to host a raid: Normal and Advanced.
Normal Raids[]
A normal microchip can be purchased with 100,000 with a cooldown of 2 hours, or any physical Blox Fruit.
Advanced Raids[]
To buy an advanced microchip, the player must unlock it first by meeting the requirements depending on the fruit. An advanced microchip costs 1,000 with a cooldown of 2 hours, or any physical Blox Fruit that worths 1,000,000 or more.
Notes[]
- Players can still join any raid, at any level, as long as they're in the Second Sea or Third Sea. This might be a problem because higher level players might not be willing to help lower level players in raids, but if there's a friend that is willing to host, this isn't a problem.
- The player can usually earn 1,000 if the raid is completed with 2:36 minutes or more left, otherwise, the player will earn less than 1,000.
- The player can give him the fruits in their hotbar. To do so, the player must unstore their fruit (preferably common fruits like Rocket, Spin, etc.) first before purchasing the chip.
- Clicking on "Advanced" raids (currently being only Phoenix and Dough) while it is still locked will bring up the message "You have done nothing for us scientists."
- The player can host Advanced Raids in the Second Sea as long as they met the requirements to buy the chips.
