Mutations are alternate versions of existing Blox Fruits, which change the user's look, and unlike Skins, modify their abilities.
Obtainment[]
Players can obtain mutations through various ways with some being similar to how ordinary Blox Fruits are obtained:
- Purchasing event bundles through the Shop.
- Trading for them, with them being special items.
- Limited-time event-specific tasks, mainly an event Gacha. (For eg: The Halloween Gacha for Werewolf)
Players can then equip mutated fruits by selecting them in their Inventory's Wardrobe section whilst having their respective fruit(s) equipped beforehand, or going to the permanent Blox Fruits Shop and selecting "Mutations" under the respective fruit's description.
Here is a list of all currently available mutations in the game:
| Icon | Mutation Name | Mutations Fruit | Obtainment |
|---|---|---|---|
|
Werewolf | Tiger | Obtainable through the Halloween Gacha Dealer in the 2025 Halloween Event. No longer obtainable. |
|
Empyrean | Kitsune | Obtainable by finding it under a tree as a physical fruit, or purchasing the Beast Bundle (or on its own if the player already owns permanent Kitsune). Can also be obtained by eating the <Galaxy Empyrean Kitsune> skin rolled through the Winter 2025 Fruit Box at a 1/125 chance. |
Notes[]
- If the player uses a fruit mutation, they will have to re-obtain mastery again, since mutations do not share it with the original fruit.
