The Mansion (also called Turtle Mansion) is a crucial building located in the Floating Turtle, found in the Third Sea. It is a safe zone, and contains many important NPCS. A large amount of Third Sea players gather here to Trade or to chat. It has three trading tables.
Players can enter the Mansion through the main entrance or through the Portal from Castle on the Sea. It is located beside the Forest Pirates.
Appearance[]
It has yellow plaster walls separated by white columns, and a blue roof which is flat on the top. Various windows also dot the exterior. On the inside, the walls are green with white and gold columns, with two massive pillars in the main room. The floor is made out of white marble, and a mezzanine can be found wrapping the upper walls.

| tort | In exchange for  3,000, the player can change their race into either Human, Rabbit, Angel, or Shark, with a 1/3 chance for each, as the player cannot get the race they currently have.

| Colors Specialist | This NPC offers the player the ability to change their Aura Color. Colors can be bought from the Master of Auras. The player can also buy colors from him using Robux  .

| Bounty/Honor Expert | This NPC tells the player the boosts of damage and defense during PvP that they get from their bounty/honor. The player will gain more boosts for every 500k bounty/honor they gain (Some are currently unknown). |
| Awakenings Expert | This NPC has the ability to revert any of the player's awakened fruit moves back to its unawakened form, and vice versa. If the fruit the player are currently using is not awakened or does not have an awakening, they will not be able to interact with this NPC. |
| Nerd | The Nerd can tell the player the buffs given by the accessory they are currently wearing. If the player is not wearing an accessory, he'll just say "Are you lurking?" and will end the conversation. |
| Titles Specialist | The Titles Specialist will show the player a list of the Titles they have unlocked and what the ones able to be selected. When the player speaks in the chat, the selected title will appear to the left of their name. It is not possible to have more than one title equipped at once. |

| Portal | This portal in Mansion will teleport the player to Castle on the Sea when stepped in. The player can only use portals if they has defeated the rip_indra Raid Boss once. |
| Chess Board | This chess board is located on the second-floor of the Mansion, beside the Nerd. It is almost fully functional (except for a few glitches) but sometimes can be broken for mobile players. It also requires 2 players to start. |
Trivia[]
- The Vietnam Cone can be found behind a windmill near the Mansion, it's most likely an easter egg made by the developers to show their support towards Vietnamese Blox Fruits players, as it currently has no use besides decoration.
- The theme of the Mansion is Rule of Rose Track 06 - Backbiting, which was composed by @DTF.
- Mansion and Café share the same theme.
- Leaderboards for Bounty, Honor, and Fastest Raids are located in the Mansion.
- The Inventory NPC was previously located next to the Blox Fruit Gacha, but was removed in Update 17.3.
- The Citizen, which gives the citizen quest, is located in front of the Mansion.
- The two huge bars at the center of the Mansion is actually hollow, the player can glitch into it using various skills, although it takes some effort.
- Despite the mansion having three floors, the third floor is not accessible.
- If the player uses Unawakened Dough C, they will get stuck on the roof.
