Mansion, or Don Swan's Mansion is located at Second Sea.
Trevor, an NPC who will let them into Don Swan's room if they give him a Blox Fruit that is over 
1,000,000 in value. (The player can check the Blox Fruits Stock to see if their fruit is over 1M.)
For some unknown reason, there is an invisible block on the stairs next to the door leading to Swan's Room.
The player can find the Thailand Ball on a couch near the bed and the Brazil Cube on a table.
A red flower spawns in the small front garden of the Mansion. There’s also a diamond chest behind the chair near the bed.
Additionally, there is a code made with symbols on top of a table, which is part of the Colosseum Quest.

Mansion is located in the middle of Kingdom of Rose near the The Café.
Trivia[]
- There's a bug that the user can go through the pillars to get to Café fastest.
- The pillars supporting it are similar to Air Traffic Control/ATC Towers.
- This can be found in the last island of the Spider Raid but it is destroyed and half underwater. Factory can also be found in the 3rd island also destroyed.
