The Mansion (or Don Swan's Mansion) is a sub-area located at the highest point in the Kingdom of Rose.

There is a code consisting of symbols atop a table, which is part of the Colosseum Quest.

Inhabitants

Main article: Trevor

An NPC named Trevor resides next to the swimming pool at the centre of the compound. If the player is Lv. 1000+, he will allow the player into Don Swan's room if given a Blox Fruit that is at least 1,000,000 in value.
Otherwise, Trevor will say, "Get out of here before I kill you.", even if the player has a Blox Fruit that meets the value requirement.

The player can check the Blox Fruits Stock's List of Blox Fruits to check if the price of a Blox Fruit is at least 1,000,000.

All fruits above the Common, Uncommon and Rare rarity are eligible.

Location

Mansion is located in the middle of Kingdom of Rose above The Café, directly behind it.
It can also be accessed by selecting the "Mansion" option whilst using Portal's [C] skill (World Warp)

Trivia

• There is a bug that the user can use to go through the pillars to get to the Café fast.
  • As of Updates/27.5 this has been mostly patched.
• The Mansion can be found in the last island of the Spider Raid, but it is destroyed and half underwater. Factory can also be found on the 3rd island, also destroyed.
• For an unknown reason, there is an invisible block on the stairs next to the door leading to Swan's Room.
• A red flower spawns in the small front garden of the Mansion. There is also a diamond chest behind the chair near the bed.
• The player can find the Thailand Ball on a couch near the bed and the Brazil Cube on a table.
