Legendary items are extremely powerful and are commonly found and used in endgame areas such as the Third Sea. These items are generally useful for all activities, and while they may lack the sheer raw power of the highest rarity items, they often reward precision. Additionally, these items receive reworks and balance changes far more frequently than other tiers.
