This accessory can be obtained by submitting 15 or more Azure Embers at the Kitsune Shrine during the Blue Moon event, on the Kitsune Island, in the Third Sea.

This accessory is an alternative to the Pale Scarf because of the Instinct dodges and the Blox Fruits damage. This accessory is very useful for exploring the Dark Seas. This accessory could pair with fruits that have meters well, like Shadow, T-Rex, Venom, Dragon, and Kitsune.

Doesn't give a speed buff. Doesn't give clear vision when heading across Mirage Island. Does not work on Sound as its Tempo Meter is not passive.
