Obtainment

The Headband (Black) is an Uncommon accessory.

The Headband (Black) can be obtained by training with the Sharkman Master.

The buffs of the Headband (Black) have not been officially confirmed, but have been completely tested.
The accessory presumably buffs movement speed, defense against all damage types, and a melee damage bonus. It provides 17% defense against all damage types, near 70% speed boost, and 7% melee damage.

The Headband (Black) grants access to the Secret Technique, which allows captured fish to be used as weapons.

The mechanic is similar to the finisher from the Fish Slap Battle move, but it can be used freely anywhere.
Knockback is determined by the rarity of the fish used, while weight has no effect.

Pros
Highest all rounder defensive buffs among any accessory, making it perfect defensively, while also supporting speed. High movement speed increase (almost as fast as Bandana and Hunter Cape) Decent melee damage increase.

Cons
Extremely hard to obtain, requiring the player to beat the Tyrant of the Skies to gain access to the Submerged Island, have Sharkman Karate at 500 mastery, and then get a 100% crit rate in the Fish Battles against Sharkman Master. Movement speed buff is still quite low. No health or energy buffs.

The headbands are not accurate to real-life karate traditions, where headbands are not used for ranking.
Much like most of the accessories added since Update 27.1, it too lacks a description.
All of the headbands seem to be rigged to the head poorly, as they all clip at the edges.
