Giant Islander are NPCs level 1650.
This NPCs uses the Enhancement on her basic Combat so the Logia Immunity doesn't work. She can also use the ground slam move which gorilla king and yeti also use. Highly recommended to skip this quest as no Logia immunity = much slower grinding.
They have exactly 16,050 HP.
Location
They spawn at the top of the Hydra island, in Third Sea.
