Obtainment

The Ghoul Mask can be bought for 50 Ectoplasm from El Perro, who is located at the Cursed Ship, Second Sea. The player needs to be at least Lv. 1000 to enter the Cursed Ship and get this accessory.

Buffs

The Ghoul Mask grants the user 10% (2.5% on NPCs) life leech on Melee attacks, 35% faster run speed and 500 energy.

Pros
Greatly increases energy. Highest movement speed in the Second Sea. Cheap and easy to obtain. Life leech is compatible with players who use Buddha. Extremely good for raids when paired with Ghoul V4 and Buddha V2 due to it's high health regeneration and damage reduction, making the player essentially immortal. Can be paired with Ghoul for even more life leech.

Cons
No increase for Health, damage, or defense, although life leech is making up for Health. Life leech only applies to Fighting Styles, Not Blox Fruits, Swords or Guns, which makes it less useful for other builds. Life leech is not as useful for Buddha users, as they will take less damage, thus having less of a need to heal rapidly.
