The Flail (formerly known as Jitte) is a Rare sword.

Flail is useful due to its [X] move, Smoke Apparition, allowing the user to have very good mobility in fights.

Due to its high mastery requirements however, and no practical uses outside of mobility, it is rarely seen in builds.

Obtainment

The Flail can be obtained with a 20% chance after defeating Smoke Admiral, who is located in a cathedral-like structure on the hot side of Hot and Cold in the Second Sea.

Trivia

• The Flail is used by the Lv. 1150 Boss, Smoke Admiral and the Lv. 2600 Raid Boss, Tyrant of the Skies.
• The Flail is the only weapon used by two bosses, but only dropped by one.
• A special glitch can be done with the Flail to make it look like the player is using /opfun, an admin command which allows a player to spam abilities even when they are still doing the ability. (Maybe patched)
• Flail is not a typical sword but actually a spin-off of Morning Star, it was typically used by the cavalry in the medieval times.
• There was a glitch where Flail in-game was in weird positions on the users back, but this glitch has been patched.
