Eagle skins can be unlocked from the Barista using Berries or Robux, or, during Update 27.3, they could have been optained with a very low chance from the Summer Gacha for 
500 Summer Tokens. This only applied to Glacier, Matrix and Requiem Eagle. Recipes can also be obtained from the Tyrant of the Skies. CHROMATIC skins alter attacks and change the color scheme entirely.
