The Dual Flintlock (formerly known as Refined Flintlock) is a Rare gun.

Despite being a First Sea gun, Dual Flintlock has quite a few good combos, namely the [X] Bullet Storm, providing a very potent held stun.

Despite it's uses however, the gun suffers from lack of damage, and an unusually long cooldown for the [X] move, often only working once in most fights.

Obtainment

The Dual Flintlock can be bought for 65,000 from the Advanced Weapon Dealer at Marine Fortress, in First Sea.

Pros
General Easy to obtain. The moves are easier to land due to them having decent AoE. Great starter gun. Low mastery requirements. Decent combo potential. Both moves breaks Instinct.
[TAP] Normal Attack Fast reload. Has two bullets, so if one misses the other can still hit.
[Z] Splitting Beam Can hit multiple enemies. It drags enemies with the move, making it easy to start and do combos.
[X] Bullet Storm Large AoE. High damage. Good for combo extending. Good stun.

Cons
General Rubber users are immune.
[TAP] Normal Attack Hitboxes are small and hard to hit, as with most guns.
[Z] Splitting Beam Hits everything in a semicircle radius in front of the user.
[X] Bullet Storm Does not completely stun the enemy when at the edge of the radius. Has a long cooldown time compared to other guns
