The Dragonstorm is a Legendary gun.

Based on an M134 Minigun, the Dragonstorm features the visual design of a six-barrel automatic gun. It is highly recommended for PvP and farming due to the high-speed M1, high damage and decent stun moves.

Obtainment

To unlock the Dragonstorm's crafting recipe, the player must obtain the Dojo Belt (Red). The Dragonstorm can be crafted from the Dragon Hunter for the following materials:

• 2 Dragon Eggs
• 10 Dinosaur Bones
• 5 Dragon Scales
• 30 Blaze Embers

Upgrading

The player must talk to the Blacksmith in order to upgrade Dragonstorm.

Normal Attack + -
	The user shoots 3 exploding bullets from the gun. Holding the attack will prolong the barrage, which is limited by an ammo meter (red line under the crosshair). Can act like a stunning move when held.

	The user sends up a fireball. As they do that a scorched ground appears that disappears after the fireball ascends. If held in the air the user will sprout a pair of fire wings. Once released the gun will shoot out fireballs that circle around the enemy before hitting. This launches the enemy up into the sky. This variant has auto-tracking.

Pros
General Great for Terrorshark, Ship Raid hunts. Long-ranged moves. High damage. Very good for boss farming.
[TAP] Normal Attack Can easily damage big targets. Can damage boats.
[Z] Draconic Cascade Auto-aims.
[X] Infernal Comet High damage. Large AOE. The knockback can be useful against the Terrorshark.

Cons
General Rubber users are immune, as with all guns. Relatively grindy obtainment.
[TAP] Normal Attack Long reload time. Hard to aim in PvP. Cannot damage Sea Beast and Leviathan (sometimes the segments can).
[Z] Draconic Cascade Can be Instinct-tricked.
[X] Infernal Comet Can be dodged by side dashing. High knockback when grinding.

Trivia

• The Dragonstorm is the first and currently only gun with a holdable M1 and works like a Gatling gun.
• If the user is in Buddha transformation (awakened or not) and uses [Z] Draconic Cascade, they will do the air variant.
• The Dragonstorm, along with Skull Guitar, are the only two guns that can be crafted using materials.
• Despite the recipe being available after obtaining Dojo Belt (Red), the Dragonstorm cannot be obtained until the player has Dragon Tether as it requires two Dragon Eggs.
• The Dragonstorm does not visually show Enchantments Blessings or Curses beside rot on the weapon.
• The Dragonstorm, Bazooka and Skull Guitar have the same exact materials needed to upgrade them to Grade 1.
• If [X] Infernal Comet is cast on a wall, the attack will ricochet off the wall to other direction.
• The Dragonstorm is required to obtain the Draco Race V4 by achieving 500 mastery on it.
• Similar to Dragonheart, this is the only gun with a compound noun. The word "Dragonstorm" is not an English word and is a compound/combination of the words, "dragon" and "storm". (Another example of a compound noun would be "moveset".)
