Customer is a Misc NPC.
Location
This NPC can be found standing close at the counter near the Manager in The Café, which is located in the Second Sea.
Purpose
Customer's purpose is to tell the player information about the Second Sea when they talk to him, having a different dialogue every now and then. This NPC can be useful for players that just entered the Second Sea, as it provides a lot of context and clues towards getting certain items or solving puzzles.
