The Cool Shades are a Rare accessory that can be obtained by killing the Cyborg / Franky Boss. He is located at the Fountain City in the First Sea. It has the same effects as the Black Cape, with a speed increase as well. The chance to get this item is ~2% upon defeating the Cyborg (or after dealing 10% damage). It is arguably the best First Sea accessory.
Buffs:
- 17.5% movement speed increase
- 7.5% increased universal damage
- 100 Health
- 100 Energy
This provides a speed buff and damage on ALL attacks. For these reasons, it is arguably better than the Black Cape.
Pros:
- The only accessory in the First Sea to give a movement speed boost (excluding the Exclusive Santa Hat).
- A nerfed version of the Swan Glasses, which is really good.
- Good for any build.
- Second best accessory in the First Sea, losing to the Santa Hat.
Cons:
- Very difficult to obtain (1-2% chance).
- Low health and energy boost
