The Celestial Domain (Interior) is the area where the Rip Commander is located

Accessed through the lift in the large shrine in the center of the Celestial Domain island.
Accessing[]
A system message will appear, reading "The Celestial Domain's lift has been activated." every (XX:30). During this time, the lever in the shrine can be pulled, and the player can access the interior area, where they are able to fight the Rip Commander. The player will be forced out of the area either after the Rip Commander has been defeated or 15 mins have passed since he spawned.
