The Café is one of the four Safe Zones in the Second Sea. The Café contains numerous NPC's, such as the Blox Fruit Dealer and the Blox Fruit Gacha. This is the only area in the Second Sea where players can trade (through the use of trade tables) on both sides of the building. It also has a secret basement, which leads to a Chess Board, Awakenings Expert, Titles Specialist and Colors Specialist. The Death King (an NPC re-added during the Ghost Event) was temporarily located here.

There also used to be Wenlocktoad's room which housed the Awakenings Expert, but this room has now been closed off. However, this can be entered by going through the wall with a glitch like Flash Step.

Bartilo's Quest

Further information: Colosseum Quest

The player can gain a quest known as the Colosseum Quest by talking to Bartilo if they are at least Lv. 850. If the player doesn't meet the required level, he will say "THE COLOSSEUM IS IN PERIL!!!”

NOTE: The player must have completed this quest to upgrade Races to their V2 version and to interact with the Manager NPC.

NPCs

Bounty/Honor Expert

The Bounty/Honor Expert is an NPC who can tell the player the boosts of their damage and defense during combat that they can get from their bounty/honor. The player will gain more boosts for every 500K bounty/honor they gain (Some are currently unknown).

Nerd

The Nerd can tell the player the buffs given by the accessory they are currently wearing. If they are not wearing an accessory, he'll just say "Are you lurking?” and will end the conversation.

tort

In exchange for 3,000, tort can change the player's race into either Human, Rabbit, Angel, or Shark, with a 1/3 chance for each, as they cannot get the race they currently have. This is the only way to change a race without spending Robux (except for event NPCs like Death King).

(This does not include special races such as Ghoul or Cyborg).

Manager

The Manager can give hints about the spawn time of the Legendary Sword Dealer. If the player hasn't completed the Colosseum Quest he'll tell the player: "Are you new to this island?"” being practically useless until Bartilo's quest is completed. If the player has, however, completed Bartilo's quest, he'll instead tell the player information about the Legendary Sword Dealer, when he spawns, and when he's gone. He is the key to getting True Triple Katana and the legendary swords Shisui, Wando and Saddi.

Customer

The Customer tells the player some of the secrets of the Kingdom of Rose. He'll tell the player about the Swan Glasses, information about the Alchemist (Which is the clue to getting Races upgraded to V1 and V2), and finally, some info about the Legendary Sword Dealer. He also occasionally tells a secret about the Fist of Darkness.

"Basement" NPCs

These NPCs are located in the Basement of the Café, which can be found by collecting the chest to the left of the Manager and going down the tunnel that is behind it.

Title Specialist

The Titles Specialist will show the player a list of the Titles they have unlocked and the ones able to be selected. When the player speaks in the chat, the selected title will appear to the left of their name. It is not possible to have more than one title equipped at once.

Color Specialist

The Color Specialist can change the player's Aura color. Colors can be bought from the Master of Auras, the player is also able to buy colors from him using Robux.

Awakenings Expert

The Awakenings Expert can be found next to Wenlocktoad's previous room. This NPC can revert any of the player's awakened fruit moves back to its unawakened form. If the fruit that is currently being used was never awakened and the player interacts with the NPC, the player will be unable to interact with them.

Chess Board

Turn to the right instead of the left when going to the Awakenings Expert, and a chess board will be there. It is almost fully functional and requires 2 players to start. This is not recommended for mobile players, as the pieces tend to be hard to move.

NOTE: Castling does work given the fact that there is a title players can earn by doing it.

Trivia

• There is a total of 10 NPCs in the Cafe (excluding the Gacha and the Event Shop).
• The theme of The Cafe is Rule of Rose Track 06 - Backbiting, which is a part of the Rule of Rose OST.
  • The Café and the Mansion (Third Sea) share the same theme.
• King Toad's House used to be an open door, a clean living room with money in the suitcases.
  • Players can Flash Step into Wenlocktoad's room despite it being closed off.
  • Players will sometimes leave fruits inside the Wenlocktoad room.
  • Take note that they can also hide inside this room.
• On one side of the leg of every trade table is written "Chad is the king of blox fruits".
