Blizzard is considered to be one of the most versatile fruits in the game due to its stuns, high damage output, and its PvP potential. This fruit is also one of the best fruits for Sea Events and grinding due to its high AoE damage as well as its flight ability, which allows players to deal damage infinitely without taking damage.
The user throws snow shurikens that explode on impact, or when they have reached their maximum distance, causing damage to enemies in midair or on the ground. When the move is tapped, 2 shurikens will be launched. If the move is held for longer, then 6 shurikens will be released.

The following results are tested on NPCs. The variables that were used to test include: 600 mastery, 2550 points on Fruit Stats and no accessories. The results are for reference only, there is no guarantee that all of them are 100% correct.
Really good in PvP as it has decent combo potential and a lot of stuns.
Amazing for grinding NPCs because it's an elemental and the large AoE, Blizzard Domain [V] especially has a great AoE allowing for easy damage to a group of NPCs.
Great for raids because of V move's AoE and spam potential.
Multiple stuns, making it good for farming bosses and PVP.
All moves have a wide AoE, especially the [V] move (able to cover the entirety of the 1v1 arena).
Decent cooldowns.
A great alternative for sea beast hunting for Magma v2, as it does high AOE damage, and the [F] move does infinite damage unless stopped.
Pretty versatile, being a good fruit for many activities.
[Z] Snowflake Shuriken
Doesn't need exact aim, because they explode when at least 1 Shuriken hits a target.
Good range.
Easier to hit when held.
[X] White Out
Good damage.
Good knockback.
Great stun, making good for combos.
Even when the player dodges this move, they will still get picked up and stunned by the tornado.
[C] Howling Wind
Good damage.
No knockback.
Great range.
[V] Blizzard Domain
Amazing damage.
Decent stun.
Huge AoE.
Great for trials.
Lasts for a while.
Good against teamers because of the great AoE this move has.
Very useful against Beast fruits due to the [V] move.
Low knockback.
Great for enclosed locations (i.e. Smoke Admiral's Boss Room).
[F] Tornado Flight
Can be held infinitely just like Smoke's F ability.
Good for grinding.
Cons
General
High mastery requirements.
Moves are quite slow and generally have high end/start lag.
[Z] Snowflake Shuriken
Does less damage if not held.
Slow and can be easily avoided if long range.
[X] White Out
Hard to use in an air fight.
Has to be aimed correctly to get its full damage for Sea Beasts.
[C] Howling Wind
Does lower damage than it should (about 1K less damage than the previous move, White Out).
[V] Blizzard Domain
Only pulls enemies in during the startup.
Easier to escape, unless it is used in a combo.
[F] Tornado Flight
Slow speed.
Knocks back enemies, making it slightly annoying for grinding in compact places.
Makes it hard to see and control on mobile.
Tips & Tricks
When using Z, make sure to hold it for more damage (similar to Dough Z).
The X move is better used right before the C move (in other words, use the X move first then immediately use the C move).
After using Blizzard [X], using Blizzard [C] keeps the enemy stunned while the damage from Blizzard [X] is still applied.
When using the V move in a combo, make sure to use the C move, or any other stunning move on a weapon to keep the opponent INSIDE of the domain.
Due to the knockback of Blizzard's F move (Tornado Flight), it is recommended to fly on the outside of NPCs to group them up more easily.
Blizzard's V move functions well in small spaces, including the Awakened Ice Admiral's Castle, Castle on the Sea, Magma Admiral's Volcano, Dark Arena, Race Awakening's trial room, etc.
Blizzard's [V] move is extremely useful for the PvP arena as Blizzard's [V] move can deal heavy damage to all players in the arena. Thus, it can be used to target stronger players. However, players at level 2250 or lower will probably die or get very low if the [V] move is used.
Useful for PvP in small spaces because of the [V] move.
When doing raids with Blizzard, it is recommended to spam [V] Blizzard Domain and hold the [F] move for the first 4 islands (whilst simultaneously dodging all the projectiles and moves that come the user's way. When doing the boss, dodge enemies and spam V, C, X, and Z. The user should avoid using F frequently because the boss usually has a long-range move which will disrupt the flight. If the user is at a low amount of health (50% or so), hold F more, and when the user is lower than that (20% health), depending on the map, use a different strategy. If the map is spread out and open, use the [Z] and [C] moves and move away from the boss, and use the [X] and [V] moves when NPCs start getting close. If the map is small or compact, Keep following the normal steps. Once the user reaches the boss Island, refrain from using the [F] move because once the move gets canceled, the user may fall into a group of NPCS which can cause them to die fast. If low, use the [V], [C], and [Z] and keep as far away as possible until the user regenerate. If the user get cornered, jump high and move to the other side of the island.
Blizzard is one of the best fruits for Race V4's Trials. It can be extremely useful for Shark's, Human's, and Ghoul's trials, because of the huge AoE effect it has.
Combining this fruit's ability to easily hit other players with SharkRace V4 will provide the user with a high uptime of the Leviathan Armor buff.
This is the second most expensive Elementalfruit, with Dough being the first.
Good for PvP since all moves break/quickly drain Instinct.
Good for grinding, in some cases being faster than Buddha when it comes to quickly killing a group of enemies.
If the user uses the [F] move on a transformed Dragon, they will take continuous damage while in the form until they untransform. If they try to run away while in the form, they will still not be able to get away from taking damage.
The [V] move from this fruit is the largest AoE damage over time in the game. It also does the second-most [V] move damage in the game, the first being Magma.
A distinct sound effect will play if the player holds one of Blizzard's moves, same as the IceFruit.
The Elemental Reflex sound of this fruit is the same as IceFruit.
