The Admin Panel is the second way a player can use to enhance/upgrade certain Blox Fruits. It can be accessed by talking to the Mysterious Scientist.
Fruit Upgrades[]
There are currently 4 Blox Fruits that can be upgraded via the Admin Panel which are:
Creation is confirmed to be coming soon, as it can be seen within the UI as well.
Mysterious Scientist Observations[]
These are the observations from the Mysterious Scientist so far (not in order):
- "Observation #345: Lightning users are still immune to electrocution. Plugged one into a generator. Generator exploded. User smiled"
- "Classified Note: Evidence suggest fruits might be watching us. Fruit rolled off table on its own. Further study needed. Or exorcist.
- "Field test: Trying to catch a Phoenix user in mid-fight for study. Results inconclusive. Net caught fire."
- "Entry #404: Dragon user spotted flying over lab. Unable to catch for interview. Current plan: Build bigger net."
- "Experiment: Tried giving Terrorshark a Blox Fruit. Results: Unavailable. (Terrorshark swam away very fast.)"
- "Research observation: Spirit users create friends from thin air. Considering asking them to conjure more lab assistants."
- "Scientific Fact: Gravity still works on weekends. Tested by jumping off cliffs. (Intern recovering.)"
- "Hypothesis: Shouting 'Talon Lighter!' increases punch strength. Experiment failed, but it looked cool."
- "Analysis: Fruit regeneration rate appears random. Conclusion: Someone, somewhere, is hoarding them all."

- Fully upgrading Eagle requires 400 Mastery, and fully upgrading Gravity, Lightning, and Pain requires 500 Mastery.
- The player can still obtain certain upgrades with lower mastery requirements.
Trivia[]
- The Admin Panel was added because the developers wanted to completely revitalize outdated fruits, rather than "slapping a flashy Awakening onto an outdated kit."[1]
- The Admin Panel is the second introduced method of upgrading a Blox Fruit, with the first being Raids.
- The Admin Panel UI is similar to the actual Admin Panel that only admins can use.
- The Admin Panel is proven to be way more tedious than doing Raids, but brings a new immersive questline to fully enhance/upgrade fruits.
