Dough is the only thing that shouldn't be in the top tier because smoke is a common fruit, very cheap and good chances to roll. It's very good for starters it has pretty good moves, the flight and the stun move. Sound is a legendary with good AOE and nice damage, it's good for PvP grinding and sea events.
