^ lul
Made In Heaven
= gotta go fast
^ V can't be extended of off
C can be outright ignored with instinct
AOE, mobility, and it's actually fun to use.Only V has any real AoE
The only mobility is Z, which isn't much
Fun is subjective
Not a singular clue
Lol
^ look at Creation's ken chart and then come back with that bs
W
^ you need to stfu
Just because you don't like Kitsune doesn't change the fact that it's objectively the best fruit
I'm getting tired of every other comment I see you make being complaining about Kitsune
Pain is incredibly easy to cheese
Just get them to 2nd life and spam stun moves to waste their timer
If they run, that still a loss by forfeit
Gravity is simple to beat, but I do agree than it's irritating to fight grav skycampers
Knock them off their boulder and one-shot combo them
Lightning isn't spam with the exception of the V move
C is kentrickable and most Lightning users can't hit X in the air, so just stay off the ground and zone them, since their attacks (again, with the exception of V) don't have that much range
I haven't fought a Tiger user yet, so I can't say anything about it
Bomb sucks ass now.
Z lost range
X might be the only move that got better
Idk how good/bad C is
V is obvious asf now, making it easy to avoid
F drains HP if you try to use it too often
Dragon generally sucks with the sole exception of west, which is pretty much only good for running away
Creation is straight up ass
I think I saw more Barrier users than Creation users after the rework
^ The issue there is with ghoul, not with Buddha
Actual anti-cheat and nerfs to ghoul fix most issues
For dealing with teamers, I propose a "locked in combat system",
Basically, if you hit someone, the two of you are "locked in combat", and this state only ends when one of you dies, resets, or leaves. While locked into combat, 3rd parties cannot damage you at all. ideally, you'd be able to toggle this on or off whenever you want with a switch in your settings
^ the only "broken" beast fruit is Kitsune
Almost all of the others are really lackluster
^^ The only useful resistance is Shark Archor, and even then it doesn't do much because anchor X ignores some of the transformation's damage reduction anyway
Here's the concept with the spacing fixed
Frog Concept
Rare | Beast | $800,000
Passives:
Frog Legs: The user’s legs are replaced with frog legs with this fruit equipped, changing their walking and dashing animations to move on all fours similar to kitsune (but frog-like).
Leaping Frog: The user gains a 25% Jump Boost
Frog Bar: The user gains a bar of which they must fill twice before being able to transform, similar to Kitsune, when the bar is filled once, the user gains a 50% water damage reduction (doesn't stack with accessories), and a 30% Defence boost from all water based attacks.
Moveset
[Z] Swamp Kick | 1 Mastery (10s CD)
The user leaps forwards, if an opponent is caught, the user pauses, flipping around, before kicking them in the head with their right leg, knocking them in the towards the left
Similar range as Death Step Z
Single Target
Iframes on hit
Mobility move
No End-lag
2964 Damage
Kick breaks instinct, the rest doesn't
[X] Sticky Tongue | 75 Mastery (12s CD)
The user releases their long tongue. If it touches a foe, the tongue will pull that foe to the user (not instantly like Spikey Trident), if it misses but hits a surface, the user pulls themselves in that area, crashing onto that surface. Similar to Rubber F, this move can be charged (up to 2 charges if fully held).
Decent AoE
Can grab up to 5 opponents
Slight end-lag on miss (unless charged)
Good range
Doesn't break instinct (no charge)
Ignores Instinct (1 charge)
Breaks Instinct (2 charges)
2863.5 Damage
Charges are indicated by a ribbit and a small lime pulse from their heads
[C] Tongue Whip | 125 Mastery (14s CD)
The user whips their tongue to the right, sticking it out a little more, before whipping it to the left.
Medium AoE
Thin hit box
Breaks Instinct
Close range
2955 Damage
{Combination Variant}
- If the user activates C before the X ends, this variant will trigger.
The user rapidly spins around, swinging their foes round and round, lifting their tongue before slamming the foes onto the ground/throwing them (if too far from the ground).
3221.5 Damage
Iframes
The slam doesn't work like Dough C, as the user slams the foes right in front of them
Brefily Stuns after slam
an catch other foes during the spinning part
[V] Metamorphosis | 200 Mastery (2s CD)
The user quickly goes through their growth cycle (from tadpole to a large frog). Once they become a big frog, their Iframes will drop.
Iframes during animation
No damage
Cooldown starts after transformation
Can walk on water but will take 75% of water damage when pushed in (doesn't stack with accessories)
40% Defence boost against all water based attacks
30% Defence in general
25% speed increases
Doubled jump height and 50% Dash distance increase
Loses access to Fs/Sword/Gun usage
[F] Leap | 50 Mastery (9s CD)
The user squats, preparing to leap in the direction of the cursor. Holding it charges a bar above their cursor.
- When tapped, the user leaps in the direction of will with a distance similar to Portal M1.
- If charged half way, the user leaps a distance almost as far as Trex F.
- If fully held, the user leaps slightly further than fully charged Mammoth F.
Takes slightly longer than mammoth to charge
No Damage
Can be interrupted, stopping the leap entirely
Great distance
Transformed Moveset
[Z] Swamp Crash | (9s CD)
The frog jumps up before crashing down, creating a murky green puddle that slows opponents who touch it by 40% for 5 seconds.
Similar but slower than rocket C
3009.5 Damage
Breaks Instinct
Decent Range
Sluggish Start Up
[X] Sticky Tongue | 11s CD)
Same thing
20% more range
Can grab more than 5 opponents
10% more AoE
Same Instinct Info
No End-lag
[C] Tongue Whip | (13s CD)
Same thing, no combination, gains a variant
2964.5 Damage
15% AoE Increase
5% more range
Same Instinct Info
- {Held}
The frog releases its tongue, shooting forwards, if it touches a foe, the tongue wraps around them. The frog pulls the foe, and eats them, before spitting them out after a brief pause.
Slightly less range than X
Single Target
Ignores instinct
Iframes after eaten
Slight Stun after spat out
[V] Frog Form | (2s CD)
The frog body deflates before exploding, leaving a lily pad on the ground/water (doesn't in air). This lily pad is the size of the large puddle from Venom X, & acts like a healing zone for the user, slowly healing them when standing on it, the pad also acts like a platform on water (for both the user and opponents).
No Damage
Lily Pad lasts 5 seconds
Heals a total of 2,500 Health
Doesn’t Heal Foes
[F] Leap | (9s CD)
The frog prepares to leap in the direction of the cursor. Holding it charges a bar above their cursor.
- When tapped, the frog leaps in the direction of will with a distance similar to Portal M1.
- If charged half way, the frog leaps a distance almost as far as Trex F.
- If fully held, the frog leaps slightly further than fully charged Mammoth F.
In every case, if the frog touches a foe before traveling half way of their leap, they’ll swallow them, spitting them out right after they land. This time, the crash landing deals damage to unfortunate foes
Faster Charge
Can be interrupted, stopping the leap entirely
Great distance
Mobility move
Opponents eaten don't take crash damage
3 Foes can be swallowed at once
Damage:
Tapped: 1231 (Grab) 941 (Crash)
Half Charged: 1953 (Grab) 1241 (Crash)
Fully Charged: 2312 (Grab) 1534 (Crash)
There are SERIOUS spacing issues with this concept
For the list of mechanics, just use bullet points
^ 😂
Akaza has no defense against attacks that damage the soul and has no way to regenerate damage to his soul either
In terms of movement, reaction, and combat speed, I believe that Yuji is faster
Yuji can regenerate with RCT (which I doubt would be necessary, since he can easily tank everything Akaza can throw at him)
There's also the possibility that Yuji's Black Flashes can slow/halt Akaza's regeneration
Here's my biggest issue with saying Akaza can win:
Regardless of Akaza's ability to regenerate externally, he has absolutely ZERO defense against attacks aimed at his soul. This is an issue because Yuji can damage souls with his punches, meaning akaza, even if he survived the physical aspect of Yuji's attacks, can't deal with the spiritual damage whatsoever
^ also, yes, I do remember you
