The Awakening Tree grants new possibilities for awakened fruits…
The Awakening Tree is unlocked when the user has fully awakened a fruit. The next time they win a raid for that fruit, they instead get teleported to the Awakening Tree. It’s a flat area with a dark sky. In the middle of the emptiness is a big, empty crater. The user gets an Awakening Seed from the raid with a 50% chance and can plant it in the crater. After that, the user must master the fruit to get the tree to grow. The user can interact with the seed to see how to grow it. The user can:
Defeat NPCs (+5 Growth)
Defeat Bosses (+30 Growth)
Defeat Raid Bosses (+100 Growth)
Defeat players (+15-150 Growth depending on Bounty/Honor)
Special Quests - more unique to fruits (like flying a certain amount, hitting enemies w/ a certain move, etc.) (Growth varies)
As the tree gains Growth, it starts to sprout and grow bigger. It needs more Growth in order to unlock new branches.
When the tree starts to grow, the user can press two buttons instead. The first shows the mastery tasks the user can and the amount of Growth they have, and the second is to show them the tree. When this is pressed, it shows them their Awakening Tree in a 2D format like a skill tree. There are icons at every branch that can be unlocked as the tree grows. To learn these abilities, the user must spend Fragments and certain Materials.
There are different kinds of branches with different purposes.
Primary Branches are the biggest ones that split from the main body. These represent the fruit variants that can be unlocked through the tree. The amount of this branch varies from fruit to fruit. These are the most expensive branches to learn.
Secondary Branches are smaller branches that split from the Primary Branches. They represent the skills of the fruit variants and start out pretty weak, which is why they need…
Tertiary Branches. These branches are even smaller ones that branch from Secondary Branches. They can be learned to make the user’s skills stronger by increasing damage, giving it DoT, reducing cooldown, etc.
Trait Leaves are leaves that can be unlocked when the user reaches max mastery and starts going beyond. They add more to skills, similar to how the admin panel changes skills.
When defeating the bosses of the Raid, the user can gain Totems and Totem Shards for the fruit, which can be traded and used to temporarily increase Growth. There are different rarities of Totems, including:
Totem Shard: Collect 6 to get a random Totem (75% chance)
Weak Totem: +10% Growth for 20 mins (50% chance)
Average Totem: +20% Growth for 20 mins (25% chance)
Strong Totem: +50% Growth for 20 mins (10% chance)
Ultimate Totem: +100% Growth for 30 mins (3% chance)
