I'm starting to think that it's not the case anymore.

Since Update 24, we can no longer activate our race V4, and scrolling through the stock is as slow, if not slower than a depressed turtle.

Then in Update 26, they forget to add a keybind to Creation's and Gravity's M1 and we can't use them.

And now this, Update 27.1 - the auto shift-lock thingy.

^ For context, the bigger circle is the cursor that automatically appears on your screen when you start using a controller, as with the wast majority of Roblox games. The smaller circle, however, only appears when using/holding a move and disappears when releasing the move (note the green shift-lock icon in the bottom right of the screen, which is exclusive to mobile/tablet devices).

Basically, we have to deal with 2 cursors now - one being used only for Flash Step, and the other one being used for aiming moves.

The first 2 updates i mentioned were still fine, I could deal with the changes. But this? This is ridiculous. Are we really supposed to play with 2 cursors now? Why did they change something that was working fine and was untouched FOR YEARS?

Console/controller was definitely a viable choice to play Blox Fruits on. But now, I think mobile might be better. The game has become barely playable with controller, and I don't think that I'm the only one thinking this.

I probably won't play the game as much as I did before the update, and unless they revert this change then I'm not going to do PvP stuff, which is why I played this game in the first place.

TL:DR - Blox Fruits is becoming less playable and more difficult for console/controller players.

I talked all about this in another post, but I would like to reiterate my rant and why you should not think about Buying or Using DRAGON.

'Keeping it strong' my ass. First of all, they are straight up lying here. All the changes I see have been straight NERFS for both forms, but arguably the form that hit hardest was East.

The nerfs felt unessecary, such as increasing the Fury cost of the Full Transformed moves (I assume Rage refers to Fury) when it was already super easy to lose Fury just by being damaged ONCE (regardless of level, it drains at the same rate as if it was by a max level player).

Left for West Dragon Changes, Right for East Dragon Changes

They made East Dragon STRICTLY WORST. There is almost no point in having it in the game when West is obviously better in every way. 2x Fury reduction when hit in the head? East Dragon's head is MASSIVE compared to West, which is miniscule compared to the body of West Dragon.

Not only that, the Stun of [C] was the only thing that East Dragon had that West Dragon [C] didn't. The [C] move is now COMPLETELY USELESS. I tested it out myself and from what I can tell, the only reason to use East Full Transformed [C] is if you don't have any other moves that are NOT on cooldown. Since it doesn't even stun, it cannot combo into [X] in the air anymore (unless the opponent is another Dragon user), making East Dragon completely outclassed by the West variant. If that wasn't bad enough, [C] also now deals LESS DAMAGE THAN WEST (West Dragon C deals 50%+ damage while East Dragon C deals 40%+ damage).

The one niche that East Dragon had that West didn't was the fact that [C] had insane stun and combo potential, even if it was hella inconsistent overall. Now, East Dragon is straight butt-cheeks. Save your 5000k robux for Kitsune, it hasn't been nerfed yet and will be even more defining in the current meta now that Dragon is USELESS.

East Dragon is dead. Don't ever use it over West. Don't buy Perm Dragon because I can assure ur only going to use West. Perm Dragon is a SCAM.

I am EXTREMELY excited to see this new feedback system where players get to decide whatever fruit should be buffed or nerfed.

HOWEVER,,,, the example they showed concerns me; 'Is Dragon too strong?'

Its not. Seriously, its not that strong. Dragon is the most expensive fruit in the game, costing around 50$ USD to obtain by regular means (The Perm is much easier to get than the physical or stock). It is SUPPOSED to be strong, otherwise there would not have been a point in reworking it in the first place.

Whats worse is that in it's current state, both Untransformed and Hybrid forms are horrible. Genuinely so bad that not even pro players use it because the Full transformation offers so much more. Not only that, the main issue with Dragon Players only concerns the WEST form, not the EAST. Nerfing 1 dragon actively makes the other 3 forms worse (untransformed, hybrid and EAST). If it gets one more nerf I will genuinely quit the game, even if the PVP scene will look better. Its not fair to the people that have bought Dragon, and plus is it stands now it is GOD AWFUL.

So sure, I am excited for this new voting system, but if we aren't nerfing with intention then I don't see a point in having this system. Let me give you an example:

Imagine we all decide to nerf ROCKET or LIGHT (just any fruit) because its funny. Its going to ruin the game. How about nerfing every single fruit in the game except your favourite? Its going to irreparably damage the PVP scene more than it has now. Metas will shift weekly, or even worse DAILY.

I'd honestly let the devs decide what gets nerfed and what doesn't. I already have distrust for the blox fruits community (as 40% of them aren't even real players and the rest are either toxic or beggars). If this turns out to be the Dream Glowsquid Minecraft Mob vote again I'm quitting the game FOR GOOD.

Before the new update the fruit was insanely weak, hated and ostracized by the player base. Now it has been reworked into an actual behemoth, yet it is still hated by people because of its power, or no let me correct - its playstyle. I get that sky campers can be accursed but it's the users' fault, not the fruit. I myself am a gravity user but I do no such thing as sky camping and instead, fairly use the fruit to the best of my skills. Annoying as the fruit is in the eyes of people, put the fault on the brainrotten and spammy players, the fruit deserves more love and appreciation. That's what I think.

I used Diamond before and after the nerf and i gotta say that it's still really good. I think that in skilled hands Diamond can still be a force to be reckoned with. But nowadays I see no one use this fruit. Why?

Is dimond (pre-update) spam? No. Is ice spam? No. is Sanguine Art spam? No. Anytime they release a good and balanced mythical fruit that is good for pvp, everyone just calls it spam. The update was good, so chill

Yes I only played it 11 min yet.

Gravity rework : not confronted yet. Looks hella cool, like I was going to Tiki when I saw a giant ring of fire with purple effect in the sky. Really sick. Apparently a lot of it is locked behind the Fruit upgrade thingy (someone pls edit it cuz I really want to know more about that). Also, HOW THE FUCK DID GRAVITY STAYS AT 2.5M BELOW SHADOW AND MAMOTH HUH ??

Creation : I have not seen it in game yet. Glad it became legendary, although the price is kinda like, hum, weird right now (devs need to fix this I guess).

Eagle : FUCK YEAH IT STAYS RARE. I am so happy for new players and beginners who can now afford a decent beast fruit ! Other than that, it seems cool, and not too much of it seems locked behind the Fruit upgrade thingy (unlike gravity).

The lag fixes are genuinely peak, I went to hydra and did not lagged at all (I can’t wait to see how good Draco v4 is now). Also they fixed sanguine art and Blade icons so that’s nice (I am using both right now).

The tiki expansion is smaller than I expected, glad the boss is ez to spawn at least (even if he doesn’t drop anything interesting for me).

The new lvl cap is fair.

No swords rework/ model, and no Dragon Mantle or Wyvern Helmet… This part is extremely disappointing for me even though none of those were confirmed (I’d do a ph just to see if the npc can craft those accessories).

The fruit upgrade is good, but terribly frustrating. Like we only got 2 fruits in it ! NOT EVEN CREATION BROOO. It’s gonna take years before every fruits get added into this and that’s terribly sad. Also the scientist gives us fandom facts so maybe he is leaking the next update?

Idk the nerfs yet, based on what the wiki says, Diamond, Yeti and Dragon got nerfed (but not Kitsune). DOES ANYONE KNOW THE PRECISE NERFS YET ??? Because if they aren’t big enough, then the Era of the Beasts won’t be over at all !

So yeah. Seems solid at first but there is 1 big issue with this update :

The content.

Like I just think of it 2 min, and I realized that the list of things this update bring to do is small for me (I won’t be using Gravity or Eagle yet cuz swordmain) :

• Grind 50 lvl

• Do the Raid boss

• Test Creation

And That’s it. Nothing to do. Now am hoping the next update is soon enough, or that the Fruit upgrade system quickly expands, as it suck right now.
