If I buy the permanent Tiger, will I have access to the (Perm) Werewolf mutation, even if I didn't get it during the Halloween event?

I haven't eaten any physical Werewolf, and I was wondering about that

I ordered Permanent Tiger yesterday. All was okay before this morning.

So i have v4, a good build and a decent skill at pvp, u would think i am like lvl 2200 right? well no am lvl 1914 and i kinda want to enter the farming era again, but heres the problem, i have lighting, and i also have perm buddha, the problem? i have no other good fruit, am poor, so i was considering eating a t rex, sound, blizzard or light or even ghost for pvp, but i am not really sure, and thats why i need more opinions, should i go to grinding and eat one of these fruits i mentioned or not? tell me please,u would really help me

So i was doing a factory raid and after it ended, i got jumped by a pain user. I then got him into second phase and he started running. I didnt have my second transformation yet, so i used my regular transformation to chase him. i managed to catch up to him and kept him in combat long enough for his transformation to kill him, giving me bounty. base tiger speed op fr fr

I ate werewolf and when i ate it i automatically unlock tiger and i ate the werewolf today.
