Koko Awakening Method :
To awaken your Koko, you must first obtain a brain core and give it to an NPC named "Cybernetic Scientist" located on the top of hot n' colds factory thingy. After giving him the brain core, he'll ask the user if they want to summon the "Dominator" raid boss by using a raid microchip and 1x Motherboard, which can be obtained by killing the Order raid boss with a 7.5% chance of dropping.

Link to the previous part:
Control Awakening Both Paths
Passive - AREA Bound: The user's abilities are confined to the bubble created by the move Control Area/Total Control Area, which now lasts a total of 2 minutes. The sword Koko now scales with the fruit stat rather than the sword stat.
Passive [M1] - Total Control Area (Moves Awk'd: 1): The user creates a large bubble in which their powers are enabled. The user's Aura color also is the color of the area bubble. Double tapping M1 shrinks the bubble to a much smaller size, but the bubble also follows the user in this state. The smaller bubble however, takes a lot of energy to maintain.
Passive [SW] - Koko V2: The sword Koko can also be awakened by fully awakening the Control Fruit.
[Z] - CLEAR: The user darts quickly and hit a foe will have the user skewer them on the sword then strike them with lightning.
[X] - PUNCTURE: The user thrusts their sword out and fire a beam that can penetrate anything.
Control Awakening Path 1 - Doctor Death
The doctor is in! Mutilate your foes with enhanced moves.
[Z] - Path 1 - Launch: Pressing the Z key once will tear an object from the ground and fling it in the direction the user is pointing. Holding Z key will raise up to 5 objects from the ground. As they levitate, tapping Z will fling them one at a time while holding Z will fling them all at once.
[X] - Path 1 - Violent Blade: The user dashes at high speeds and slashes the foe with a razor sharp scalpel or Koko if it's equipped. One of the enemy's limbs will be replaced by a random object like a bomb, a beehive, an angry animal, or a torch, dealing additional damage to them. Enemy players will have their vision obscured by slash marks.
[C] - Path 1 - Gamma Blaze: The user fires three electric aura-colored fireballs that track foes and can hurt sea beasts. The fireballs also explode on impact and can stun.
[V] - Path 1 - AREA: Silence: The user freezes time in the area inside their bubble. All non-allied entities are frozen in place for 5 seconds but take damage in real time.
[F] - Path 1 - Scramble: The user blinks around to the point of nigh-invulnerability at high speeds. It is not good for traveling but good for dodging attacks.
Control Awakening Path 2 - Control Freak
Flex your superiority of reality with godly feats.
[Z] - Path 2 - Creation: Holding Z will cycle through three options and releasing it will create an object out of nearby materials:
Wall: Creates a wall in the pointed direction, similar to the Barrier Fruit's Z.
Man: Creates a golem that runs at enemies while using basic combat.
Cannon: Creates a cannon that auto fires at nearby foes with explosive cannonballs.
[X] - Path 2 - Scalpels: The user raises their hand and enemies nearby are rapidly slashed by invisible blades. Can be charged by holding down the X key to the point where it covers the whole AREA bubble from charging for 5 seconds.
[C] - Path 2 - Gamma Needles: The user fires a barrage of 5 Aura-colored needle-shaped projectiles that track foes. Holding C will have them orbit the user instead.
[V] - Path 2 - AREA: Nerves: The user thrusts their hand into the air and the user increases the sensitivity of everyone's nervous systems. The user and all allies gain a 25% Defense buff, while all enemies use 2 instinct charges instead of 1/2 of one and take 20% more damage.
[F] - Path 2 - Catwalk: The user empowers themselves and can now stand and walk on the air as platforms form underneath them. Air Jumps will make the platform drop down and damage entities they land on.
I am done for now.
Tune in next time when you get a taste of the Venom.
Z Move: Area Expands an area from the user moving his two hands around the bubble. The Area pushes debris from the ground cracking up, out of the way. It also breaks all destructibles in the way.
X Move: Crush Send a platform into the air that travels way faster, and releases a shockwave on impact. The platform itself doesn't knockback on direct hit, and stuns. The shockwave has high knockback, and around 70% of the direct hit's damage.
C Move: Oppression The user dashes forward, stunning all hit targets who are knocked on the ground. (Similar to Angel V4 and Gravity X) All debris knocked up by the move gets frozen around the targets. As the user releases a slash towards the targets, the debris falls back down. Dealing heavy damage, but has a long cooldown.
V Move: Ionizing Spectrum The user releases an attack similar to Injection Shot on Koko, anyone in front is surrounded by a sort of static stunlock while the user bounces around the Area while getting faster and faster. The trail that follows them slowly gets visible, passes through all colors (red to purple) before going invisible again. Then, the whole trail lights up as the user gets back on the ground, before exploding and dealing insane damage to everyone in the Area.
F Move (No Area): Swap The user shoots out an Area towards the cursor (range extended when held), and teleports to the edge. If there's a player on the cursor, then they swap with the player.
F Move (With Area): Lockdown While an Area is open, there's a vertical passive meter next to the mastery that fills up over time. When the bar is full, the player can use Lockdown. As the same says, it locks down the Area. No one can come in, or go out. It doesn't work if no one (besides the user) is in the Area. The Area can't despawn when this is active. After about a minute, it wears off. (Or whenever the ability is used again.) The Swap move replaces the Flash Step meanwhile until Lockdown wears off.
koko is on same level as shisui but arguably slightly better because these reasons (i think) btw put ur opinions in the comments
-more balanced damage
-breaks instinct
-easier to start combo because instinct break
-X allows user to aim due to long startup and is also very accurate
-way easier to get
-when paired with control, this sword is just crazy
CONTROL V2
--------{Awakening Order}---------
Moves:| Z | X | F | C | TAP | V |
Cost: |ƒ500|ƒ500|ƒ2,000|ƒ4,000|ƒ4,000|ƒ5,000|
To obtain Control V2, the user must gain the Core Brain, an item that can be obtained with a 2.5% chance from Order after inserting the Fist of Darkness into the Secret Laboratory. They must then talk to the Arlthmetic NPC and give them the Core Brain. (Note: The user must have already gotten cyborg before giving them the Core Brain.) Once the user has given them the item, they will be thanked and asked to defeat Tide Keeper, Cursed Captain, and Order without dying through separate quests. Upon death, even if not in battle against any of these bosses, their progress will restart, and have to give him the Core Brain again. Arlthmetic will give them a special Control raid chip. This gives the user the ability to host Control raids at the cost of ƒ1,000 or fruit over $1M. Control raids are unique because at the last island, there are no enemies except for a boss in the Laboratory of the 5th island. Instead of being named Control Master, the boss will be named Awakened Order. This NPC uses every Control V2 and Koko V2 and has a high HP of 1,500,000. What makes this boss even harder is that if the user leaves the Lab Battle, the boss regains health. The user teleports to 'Église de Prophétie, the place where people awaken their fruits and is given the ability to buy their awakening with Fragments.
Passives:
Area-Bound
Control's moves can only be used inside the Area that the user creates. The Area lasts for ~150 seconds.
Swap
Taking 1,000 energy, the user can attack the boulder from the tap move and swap it with the closest enemy that's inside of the chamber. If this is done instead with the held version of the Z move on an enemy, it will target that enemy instead of the closest one, as long as the user is also in the room.
Moveset:
TAP - Boulder
Cost: ƒ4000
The user, similarly to the unawakened Control X move, throws a boulder from the floor. This doesn't work in the air, and it has to be held for 2 seconds to work, making it easier for mobile users. If the user has 1,000 energy and uses another damaging move, regardless if it is a fruit, fighting style, or sword attack, they teleport the closest enemy inside of the chamber and swap places with the boulder, damaging the enemy instead.
Z - Death's Chamber
Cost: ƒ500
The user conjures a chamber, within which they become resilient, reducing incoming damage by 30%, and infusing their fruit or Koko's abilities with a formidable boost of 15% additional damage. When held, the user hurls this chamber towards a chosen enemy, causing it to follow them closely. This can be done on the user themselves. A tap keeps it stationary, but its size remains unaltered, regardless of how long it's held. It is as big as Beautiful Pirate's Domain. This deals little to no damage over time, being the move that deals the least damage in the game, not including those that deal no damage, dealing about 10 damage per second. However, this is extremely useful, because it can drain the enemy's instinct quickly.
X - Roses and Thorns
Cost: ƒ500
The user hurls a barrage of rocks forward, fusing them into a colossal boulder that stays floating with a strong gravitational pull, drawing nearby adversaries into its ominous orbit. However, if the user releases the key, a menacing array of spikes appears before them, streaking toward the enemy, as the boulder falls while losing its gravitational pull.
If the user does not stop holding and instead waits until the attack ends, the enemies will eventually be pulled into the center of the boulder, subject to a three-second ordeal of suffocation before the boulder plummets earthward, shattering into smaller, jagged fragments that inflict additional harm upon those ensnared within its grip.
However, if this is done in the air, the user stabs the air, creating lightning shaped like a rose, sprouting out of the user's sword. This lightning stuns enemies for a total of 5 seconds and cannot be dodged using Instinct.
C - Cardiovascular Echo
Cost: ƒ4,000
The user slashes their sword forward. If the user doesn't have a sword equipped, they will automatically use Koko for their iaido strike. The iaido strike will be as long as the room, and if hit, a cutscene will appear where the user teleports to the nearest person hit and dashes around, slashing them multiple times. If held, the user slashes them longer before teleporting behind them, grabbing their heart and dealing damage. Even if the user can still move around, strikes the color of the user's Aura echoing the user's past slashes will appear, damaging the enemy even more. The enemy will be hit by another strike, an attack that was not done before the echos. The enemy will be stricken back, with a sword through their chest, unable to move. The user can no longer use a sword. After a few seconds, the sword flies back to the user, no matter where they are, allowing them to use their sword again. This can be dodged, however, the cutscene will still play and drain Instinct if hit by the strike.
V - Atomic Starfall
Cost: ƒ5,000
The user releases a surge of their energy, summoning a radiant star infused with the vivid hues of their Aura into the sky. This celestial body unleashes a lightning bolt that electrifies every enemy, leaving them temporarily stunned for a span of three seconds. As the star traverses the room, it leaves in its wake a flurry of mesmerizing Aura-colored slashes that dance across the enemies' vision, rendering them immobilized. Simultaneously, the user emits torrents of electrifying beams from their very being, drawing adversaries closer with the captivating Aura-charged electricity.
F - Heartbreak
Cost: ƒ3,000
The user swiftly teleports forward, leaving behind a perilous trail that inflicts damage upon any who touches it. Moreover, anyone harmed by this trial has their heart figuratively 'stolen' for a duration of three seconds, subjecting them to additional damage without disrupting the user's Instinct. This power boasts three charges, with each charge regenerating over a span of 15 seconds. If the user chooses to hold the move, they ascend into flight, delivering devastating harm to those in close proximity.
Pros:
Every attack except Z and C breaks Instinct.
Deals a lot of damage.
Enemies cannot escape when damaged earlier.
V allows the user to move around while the attack is still going on.
Some attacks last long, meaning that the user can wait for cooldowns in the meantime.
Cons:
Heart Theif deals less damage if held.
Some attacks last long, allowing the user to be attacked by teamers.
The Control raids are hard.
The TAP move drains a lot of energy if used with the passive, Swap.
The TAP move may be a problem for mobile users.
KOKO V2
"A large katana made with the finest materials and infused with lightning, previously owned by a surgeon."Item Description in Inventory
If the user has fully awakened Control, Koko V2 can be obtained by talking to Skillful Doctor, an NPC similar to Thunder God, after completing a Control raid and buying it for ƒ5,000. This is a completely different sword from Koko and can be switched in the inventory.
--------{Upgrading}---------
Talk to the Blacksmith to upgrade this weapon.
Grade 1 | Materials: 20 Angel Wings, 1 Dark Fragment, 20 Fool's Gold, 8 Mini Tusks | Effects: +10% Damage and -6% Cooldown
Passives:
Surgeon Mode
If the user activates Control Z, the user's Koko (2nd Form) will have a completely different move set.
Moveset:
Z - Fatal Shock
Mastery: 175
Damage: A+
The user teleports forward, with a trail of lightning behind them. Anyone caught in their path falls into a shocking surge of electricity for a disorienting three-second duration. This stunning jolt leaves their adversaries vulnerable and incapacitated, offering the user a strategic opening to strike.
X - Targetted Lightning
Mastery: 350
Damage: S
In front of the user, a rotating crosshair appears as the attack is held. Once released, three small, yet fast bolts of lightning shoots out of the sword. The projectiles carry lightning-like effects and deal good damage, along with no knockback. If hit, the user teleports to the enemies and slices all of them once with electricity, knocking them back and electrocuting them for four seconds.
Surgeon Moveset:
Z - Death's Grasp
Mastery: 175
Damage: S
Death's Grasp makes the user teleport forward, but the user strikes the ground, creating a trail of electricity with many slices behind them. If anyone is in the way, the user stabs them onto the floor, stunning them. If held, the user can charge up to three stages, indicated by white rings around the user. Each stage makes the range longer and turns it more powerful.
X - Thunderclap Lethality
Mastery: 350
Damage: S+
If in surgeon mode, the user sends one thick beam of electricity that automatically aims if an opponent is near. If it strikes, the user teleports to them slicing them multiple times before ending it with a stab of electricity that releases the force of electricity around them, causing a loud clapping noise that knocks nearby enemies. The user can no longer use Koko (2nd Form) unless the sword comes back after three seconds, the enemy dies, or the room disappears.

After squeezing a heart 10 times, it will make a blood explosion and disappear
The user can also steal multiple hearts at once, the hearts will have their users name in the item description in the hot bar (Example: if you stole NiRex's heart, the heart item in the hot bar will say "NiRex's heart" when you hover your cursor over it)

How to get: Go to the More Sick Scientist NPC at behind the Lab at the cold part of Hot and Cold (second sea). Interacting with him will say:
More Sick Scientist: *Cough*
If the player selects the "Try something" option while having any other fruit equipped, it will say: "You have no way of healing this man."
If the player selects the "Try something" option while having Phoenix equipped, it will say: "Your blue flames give the man temporary relief, but you may need something better." If they have Phoenix past 400 mastery, it will say: "Your flames stop the scientist from coughing, but maybe you need some other ability."
If the player selects the "Try something" option while having Control equipped, but below 450 mastery, it will say: "Maybe with some more talent, your weird ability may be able to fix this guy". If the player has more than 450 mastery on Control, he will say: "Finally, you fixed me! That Dough King covered my heart in Mochi for trying to leave his territory." "But that ability of yours has a way higher potential that what you currently use it for, you could be come a surgeon... a Surgeon of Death!"
The player then can buy a raid chip from the More Sick Scientist for 1,500 fragments every 2 hours or a physical fruit worth at least 1,500,000. After purchasing it from the More Sick Scientist, it can be purchased from any Mysterious Scientists for the from the Advanced Raid section.
However, the raid can only be completed a maximum of 5 times to unlock the Z, F, X, C, and Tap/M1s. Any further completion would yield only 1000 fragments. To unlock the V move, the player must go back to the Second Sea and get the Microchip from Arlthmetic NPC and the Control Raid Microchip and go to the Order raid button to start the raid. (This raid will allows 5 people to join just like normal Order raids). A system message will appear to the person pressing the button, "Your <Microchip> and your <Advanced Raid Microchip> have been processed. Your Law raid is starting now." Then after 5 seconds, all 5 players will be teleported to a new set of raid islands.
The First Control Raid to awaken the first 5 moves would be based off of the Lab from Hot and Cold and then a destroyed Kingdom of Rose, similar to String Raids. The Last Control Raid would have the first two islands based off of the The Lab, the next two based off of Kingdom of rose, and the Boss island based off of the inside of the skull of Forgotten Island, which would have been enlarged to fit all the enemies.
Passives:
Area Bound: The user can only use most moves while inside the area that can be created. This area lasts around a minute and slowly drains the users energy while it is active.
Disabled: Some of the awakened moves would enable this effect on the NPCs and players within range. This passive removes their body parts, changing the disadvantage depending on the body part.
Arms/legs: moves that require arms/legs don't work or work less efficiently. example Doughs Awakened Z move or Rubber's M1. Phoenix V1 C move for legs.
Head, player cannot use instinct (v1 or v2) and very rarely (1/1000) would die. If they die and they have the ghost fruit, they would go to their second life.
M1s / Precise Cuts: 0 Mastery 4,500 Fragments
The player equips a small scalpel, around the size of Dark Dagger, and cuts with it 2 times, Diagonally left and Diagonally right. Its damage scales off of 70% of the players Blox Fruit stat and 30% of the players Sword stat. If the player has Koko in their as their current sword, then it would use Koko instead. They wont be able to use Koko's moves, but their damage would increase slightly with Koko's mastery. When the C Move is held for 5 seconds, the next 5 M1s would have the player use the scalpel, irrelevant if they have Koko equipped, with a Neon green electrical glow around it. This would deal more damage than the ordinary M1s.
Damage:
Scalpel: 400, 570. 2 second cooldown afterwards
Koko: 600, 695. 2 second cooldown afterwards
Energized Scalpel: 600 for the first 4 hits, 1245 for the last hit 5 second cooldown afterwards
Z - Room Summon: 1 Mastery 750 Fragments
The player summons a bubble at their hand which they can hold for as long as they want while keeping the Z button pressed. When released, the room can reach a maximum size of 80% of the upper town of Hydra Island (where the Island Empress is). Koko would have its moves buffed to hit anywhere in the room and have a small AOE effect when multiple targets are clustered together. However, the bigger the room, the more energy it passively drains until the user runs out of energy, the user dies, or the user gets rid of the room.
Cooldown: 10 seconds
X - Circular Amputation: 1 Mastery 3250 Fragments
The player swings the scalpel/Koko around them in a circular motion. all NPCs or players caught in its medium sized radius (about half the size of the cafe in Second Sea), would be "disabled", randomly stopping them from using some of their moves or even moving around, depending on what limb is taken off. This lasts 5 seconds before the limbs reattach themselves. This move can also be used on terrain to lift them up. This then allows the user to use their M1 to direct all the floating objects towards a single point, or to teleport to using the F skill.
Damage:
Amputation Cut: 2240
Levitation objects: 1399, 2549, or 3500. (Dependent on size).
Cooldown: 12 seconds
C - Proton Blade: 150 Mastery 3750 Fragments
The player has 3 variations of this move. Move is tapped or held for less than 5 seconds, the player would take a stance, with a green ball of electric energy in their hands. The player would then rush towards the cursor in a fast dashing movement. If after the dash, the player makes no contact with any one, they would release the energy, causing a small AOE attack. If it hits an opponent, a short cutscene would play where the player raises their hands high before hitting the torso of the target. A medium sized explosion happens where both of them are flung away. The victim would be flung further away than the player. When the move is held for more than 5 seconds, the energy takes form as the scalpel which then replaces the next 5 M1s.
Damage:
(Tap and miss): 1240
(Tap and hit): 3450
V - Puncturing Impact: 350 Mastery 5500 Fragments
The player Jumps up to the height of their room before shooting down their scalpel / Koko, which has now enlarged itself, into the ground below them. The initial impact into the ground "disables" all players and NPCs within the room. Then 2 seconds later, a massive beam of energy is sent through the sword exploding the entirety of the room.
Damage:
1500 (Disabling Shockwave), 6760 (explosion)
Cooldown: 25 seconds
F - Heart Stealer: 250 Mastery 2500 Fragments
The player teleports towards wherever the cursor points within the room, doing a little zig-zag dash to reach the intended point. If an NPC or player is caught in the dash, they would be teleported behind, and their heart would be stolen. This then give the player the heart as an item which would replace their next 4 M1s. The player can still use their moves other moves apart from the M1s. If the NPC or targeted player dies, the heart would disappear from the players inventory. This move can still be used for transport, allowing the player to teleport to any solid surface or any floating objects from the X move.
Damage:
Teleport Dash: 575
Heart: 150, 250, 375, 450.
Koko V2:
How to get:
After fully awakening Control, the player must defeat Order one more time with Koko equipped. After completing this last raid, they would be teleported to a room which looks like an operating room. Order (NPC) would be in one corner where you can go to buy Koko V2 for 5000 Fragments and one heart. so a player must steal the heart of someone before doing the Order raid and hope that they don't log off or die.
Koko V2:
M1s:
4 diagonal slashes
Damage: 3125 all
Cooldown: in-between that of Sharkman Karate and Dark Step
Z - Rotating Saw : 125 Mastery
The user throws their right hand with Koko v2 at the cursor as it spins very fast. If it hits an NPC or player, it would deal damage over time for 1.5 seconds before returning. This move damages the player.
Damage: 4706
Cooldown: 8 seconds
X - Flowing impact : 250 Mastery
The user elongates the blade to wards the cursor. If it misses, it causes a small AOE attack. It it hits, the NPC or Player would get hit with burning damage as well.
Damage: 2450 (Miss), 5173 + 607 (hit + burning)
Cooldown: 15 seconds
C - Bubble Coating : 375 mastery
This coats the blade in a bubble which takes on the lighter hue of the players selected Aura color. This is a mode similar to Dark Step and Death Step's V move. This bubble coating buffs the moves of Koko V2 by 1.35x but it prevents the player from creating a room. When the player is in their room and uses this move, their room would disappear and the bubble coating also drains the users energy over time. When this move is activated, the user can still use the C and V moves of Control Awakened.
Cooldown: 60 seconds.

[Passive 1]: This passive is activated when the Z move is in its awakened state.
All abilities can be used without the room, regardless if the moves are unawakened or not. If Gamma Rush is used, then a control area will be summoned, to make the range of the ability more clear, and the control area will disappear instantaneously after the ability is over.
[Passive 2] The user has clouds spiraling around them, that change colour depending on your haki colour.
[Z]Barriers of Operation - The player summons a small zone that traps players and shrinks, crushing players under its weight.
[X]Orbs of Control - The user slams the ground and raises several huge rocks from the ground. The user then turns them blue with a outline that's a colour depending on the user haki, and then throws them at the cursor exploding into an electrical explosion, shocking players. N.B. The orbs seek out players
[C]"Time for Your Control Shock" - The user forms a sword out of purple electricity and proceeds to swipe upwards with it. If this swipe connects with a player, they are launched upwards, and then the user releases purple electricity out of their hands stunning opponents in midair, then slams them down, dealing significant damage.
[V]Electromagnetic Ray - The user jumps into the air and summons a spear infused with green energy, electricity and darkness. The caster then launches the spear, and when it comes into contact with something or someone, it will form into a small bright green spark, that afterwards form into a radioactive explosion, dealing huge damage.
[F]Teleporting Combo - The user dashes forward, leaving a purple trail behind them. If a player is affected by the trail, the user proceeds to slice and teleport several times to completely cut the enemy if pieces, then jumps down on the enemy, reconnecting their limbs, but damaging and knocking them back in a purple explosion.
