According to the wiki combat is obtainable by going to the basement of pirate/marine starter, but where is this "basement" i cant find it

What if Sanguine Arts is the v2 of Combat? I mean, think about it, Combat doesnt have a v2 so does sanguine arts, it just makes sense! yay or nay in the comments.
Update 20 buffed it I think. I tried it out on @NebulaNao and it indeed does break instinct.
Combat - uhhh... I just joined (or ur a YouTuber making video 1 - 2600 lvl with combat)
Dark step - it soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooopoooooooooooooooo slow
Water Kung fu - damn these effects looks cool!, it's really cool!
Electric - you 99% a exploiter or 9,9% you are have no money or 0,1% what's your is me
Dragon breath - you probably have a combo or u just not use fighting styles
Death step - you grinding for God human
Shark man karate - you probably a spammer or you use combos or u just think it is still in Meta or you a skilled pvper
Superhuman - you probably use it because you too lazy to get get human... PROBABLY!!!(it better than god human for @Iminthedrywall )
Dragon Talon - you probably doing dragon dojo quest or you sad what's it got reworked
Electric claw - PVP PVP PVP AGAIN!!!! Combo......... Grind!
God human - you are pro or PvP or you bought account
Sanguine art - it have the fastest clicks and you probably a PvP master

The simple fact that i need dragon talon mastery 500 is quite enraging as i am a gun main who got max mastery combat,being forced to change and permanently lose It just to "enjoy" this update is truly enraging
They shouldve added different mastery req option for each type,the player just needing to do one of three(like magma blaster mastery 500)

The Three Clues:
- The enemy doesn't use aura
- They use both combat and something else to attack players but its not a fruit.

My friend Declan (pronounced dec-lin), is in the Second Sea now. Why do I think he knows nothing about it, you may ask. Answer: He killed FREAKIN MONKEYS FOR YEARS to get Level 1,000 and uses the KATANA. DEFAULT KATANA. somehow, he has Katana at 600 MASTERY. He's using the "Beast Fruit". I literally had to ask him questions based on his "Beast Fruit" to find which fruit he's using. And he wasted robux on "luck?????" and now has 2 "JAGUAR FRUITS".
Here's some dialouge on a conversation we had.
Declan: Do you want a Phoenix Fruit, a Jaguar Fruit, or a Spin Fruit.
Me: Leopard Fruit.
Declan: Oh that's what it's called? Anyways, I have 2 "Jaguar Fruits" so I'll give you one.
Me: I have one question.
Declan: What?
Me: How the heck did you just get 2 Leos?
