Its also the pvp experience, the 30 mil knows how to counter dragon users in any v4

If it is draco V3 then the battle would be endless

Be more specific about the build like if the rocket user also has cdk soul guitar and cyborg race he would win but if the dragon user has ghoul v3 instant win for him but then again the rocket user has a hell lot of skill if he has 30 mil bounty sooooooooo.....ihdk

If they got to 30 mil with rocket then they obviously have a wild and unbelievable combo that is outrageously effective.

Just the bounty boost alone is enough to make a Transformed Dragon look like a fly: annoying to kill but very easily dies.
