Switch spikey for Shizu (the sword with focus shot) and fs for sharkman. there is no inherently "skilled" race but you can use mink since it gives no defence and damage buffs and relies completely on your movement. not very forgiving if you get caught in a combo

This is more of a toxic build. If you hit your GH C and Spikey X into Rubber C then its GG for your opponent, unless they have Cyborg too.
