How to enter fourth sea:
Be lvl 2400 (max lvl cap is 3000 now).
Have defeated Rip_Indra, Cake Prince and Cake Queen.
Once you have defeated all those bosses and have reached level 2400, go to mansion, a door on one of the mansion's side will open, go inside, you'll meet an NPC (i don't have a name for it) after talking to him, bring him a fruit worth more than 1m. After that, a dialouge will appear saying "Show me your strength. Show me that you're worthy of taking him down!", you'll have to kill 3 players and gain their bounty (it doesn't have to be 3 in a row).
After gaining bounty from 3 players, go back and talk to the NPC, he'll say "Very well, you've proved yourself worthy, i shall guide you", and with that, you'll be entering the fourth sea.
Fourth sea:
+ Black Kingdom (Germa 66): This is the first island you'll spawn in, The kingdom would look similar to Castle on The Sea, but it wouldn't be as tall, but it would be larger in terms of length and it would be circular. Quest here would range from 2400-2600, NPCs would include: Failed Experiments (lvl 2450, uses combat), Trained Soldier (lvl 2575, use haki and combat), Elite Assassin (lvl 2525, uses haki and a random v1 fighting style), Court (boss, lvl 2565, use haki and uses superhuman).
+ Ancient Land (Wano): This island contain four parts:
The first part is "dead wasteland", this is where the port is located, there're no quest here, chest are very common throughout this part.
The second part is the "Basalt Prison", this is where the friendly arena is located, along with quest giver from lvl 2625-2725, NPCs would be: Prisoner (lvl 2675, uses combat), Gang Member (lvl 2705, uses combat), Prison Guard (lvl 2750, uses haki and pipe).
Third part is "Petal City", this is where you can trade, buy a random fruit or check stock, titles, change haki stage and haki colours, stat and race reset along with "Shops". There are no quest here, this is the main hub for the fourth sea.
Fourth part is "Dragon Island": this island is built on a giant dragon skull, quests ranges from lvl 2775-2875, which includes: Smiler (lvl 2775, they use combat), Beast Pirates (lvl 2825, they use electric claw [no moves, just m1s] with haki), Dragon Lord (lvl 2900, he uses mace with haki and dragon [Z and X] and he's about 1.5x times bigger than a player's model).
+ Dense Forest (special random island): this is an island for "Advanced Fruit Dealer", besides that, there are also monkeys here, ranging from lvl 100 to lvl 200 (for fun :D)
+ Random islands: These island are all around the fourth sea (about 14 in total) from the size of "Usoapp's Island" to the size of "Monkey Island" in the first sea, these island contain chests.
+ Mount Peak (God Valley): This is an extremely high island, high as "Haunted Castle" and it is as wide and big as "Hydra Island", There will be a lvl 3100 raid boss at the top of the mountain, his named is "Pirate King", he uses an advanced version of saber with haki and observation (5 dodges), he spawnes every 5 hour with a message "The Man himself has arrived, only the best can meet him" in golden text. Upon defeating him, he can drop his coat, or a straw hat.
+ Mysterious Land (Laugh Tale): This is a small island that rarely spawn while travelling on the sea, similar to "Mirage Island", it's a small island that's about the size of "Monkey Island" in the first sea. There are many caves and places which are empty or one big chest (there is only one on the entire island) will be in there, once collected, you'll collect as much as 1m money at minimum, or 3m at maximum, you'll gain a title "Tales from the past". Aside from the chest, there will also be Poneglyphs scatter around the island. After about 10 minutes, it will despawns.
